Award-winning and perennial favorite author

Connie Willis

signs her new book of

unconventional short stories,

A Lot Like Christmas

just in time for Christmas giving

to family and friends and, dare we say,

even yourself.

Connie will also sign her latest

novel, Cross Talk

now out in paperback (and also a great gift idea),

a delightful romantic comedy (NOT a romance by any means).

A genre-bending novel that pushes social media, smartphone technology,

and 24-hour availability to hilarious and chilling extremes

as one young woman abruptly finds herself with way more connectivity

than she ever desired.

was here recently and we always have signed

copies of all his books

about Denver history, including the newest,

Modern East Denver.

The Denver Book Mall closed August 31, 2009, but Ron and Nina were thrilled to be able to open a new book store, Broadway Book Mall, 200 S. Broadway, Denver, CO, southeast corner of Broadway and Cedar, just 3-1/2 blocks south of the Denver Book Mall location.  We brought with us 9 of the booksellers from the old store, though we have now lost JoAnn, Mary and Marian to retirement.  Great books, great people, great service and great parking.  REAL books for REAL people.

We've been open since August 4, 2009 and are thriving in our new location.  Please help us spread the word by linking to our web site and by telling absolutely everyone you know!

Joining us are some of your favorites from the old Denver Book Mall:
v  Laura Givens
, local artist extraordinaire, who carries her own art, plus SF and fantasy, graphic novels and comics, movies, metaphysical, classics.

v  Dean, who is specializing in classics and other fine literature these days, and always has some surprising items of pure uniqueness.

v  Steve, Sports Books, who carries general fiction, theatre, westerns, miscellaneous .....and not many sports books at this time.

v  Tom, TJ Sheet Music, who has an extensive collection of sheet music and some books about music and musicians.

v  Joe, I-70 Books, in addition to a large selection of classics, also covers Colorado/Western/
Indian history, mountaineering, sports, paranormal, religion, mythology, philosophy, military, classical history, hunting and fishing, and so much more.

v  Toni, Corner Cupboard Books
, has, in addition to an extensive selection of classics and other fine literature, a varied selection of books on railroads, sports, western history, plus children's books.

v  Ron & Nina, Who Else! Books -  emphasis on mystery, horror, science fiction, fantasy and general fiction, many autographed.  Most books are gently used, but we have a wide array of new books as well.  A good selection of cookbooks, politics, women's issues, Hispanic literature, African-American literature, humor, children and young adult, gardening, books on books and on writing, audio books, general non-fiction, plus Ron's famously named shelf of "Tall Books of a Miscellaneous Nature."

One of the reasons we selected this location is that we are two doors from Fahrenheit Books once again.
We look forward to continuing to serve Colorado's booklovers in our new home.
